Petra  - Farewell Reunion Concerts 2010

Petra played their first reunion concert of the year at Hills Alive Festival in Rapid City, SD on July 16. After some major flight delays, the guys finally arrived in Rapid City and proceeded to wow the crowds with Petra's legendary version of rock & roll, including vintage classics such as Beyond Belief and He Came, He Saw, He Conquered along with John's signature vocals and Bob's blazing guitar licks. Greg Bailey took the stage with his cool bass lines, and fill-in drummer Cristian Borneo kept perfect time. Next stop is Heaven Fest, July 31, in Longmont (Denver), CO at 2:15 p.m. Photos will be posted at Johns site as they arrive.  Photos   Tour Schedule

John Schlitt and Bob Hartman as "II Guys from Petra" were visiting Flekkeroy, Norway this weekend in May 7-9. and both John and Bob gave their testimony to the people at the festival. It was great to hear you guys again!

Classic Petra Reunion Tour 2010
The ‘classic line-up’ of Petra (Greg X. Volz / Bob Hartman / John Lawry / Louie Weaver) are trying to reform for a 2010 Reunion Tour, with dates throughout the summer and fall."  Still no dates confirmed!

Petra - Live in Norway 87/89
Here are some old footage from Petras "This Means War Tour in 1987 and "On Fire Tour" in 1989. In the concert from 87, the whole stage collapsed, and John and Bob said that this was their most memorable concert ever. See video  In this video, John and Bob talks about this concert. Both concerts were located in Kristiansand Badminton Center, first concert was in 1987.10.26, and the second concert was in 1989.03.14. Bob told the audience in 1989 to be more careful with the stage.

II Guys from Petra - Live in Buffalo, NY.
Here is the concert from University of Buffalo, NY, on Saturday night, January 27, 2007. Mike Failla and the Kingdom Bound Worship Band opened the show with some praise and worship songs before John and Bob came on stage. Mike and the band joined John and Bob on stage at the end of the show and did some songs from "Vertical Expressions. You can see picture from the concert

January the 13th. 2007, John Schlitt and Bob Hartman was re-visiting Flekkeroy. The last time we saw them was at the Farewell-tour with Petra.
Now they are back stronger than ever with an acoustic concert. The church was filled with people, and the evening was a memory for life!
